RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns and Exchanges must be in original packaging and condition.
  • To receive a Refund or Exchange, start a return within 7 days of delivery. We must receive your return/exchange within 4 weeks of delivery date. We cannot accept Returns or Exchanges outside of this time frame. A refund or exchange will be processed once the item/s are returned in original condition.
  • Returns and cancellations will be credited minus shipping and 5% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges may receive store credit to make a new purchase.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless Checkout+ was purchased at the time the item was ordered. No shipping costs will be refunded. 
  • Any packages sent back through "refusing delivery" or "return to sender" will be sent at customer's risk and be processed with an additional charge.
  • Swim may be returned only if the hygienic sticker is still in place.
  • Items marked final sale are final and cannot be returned.

 

Each item is carefully inspected upon completion, but we always value your feedback so we can improve or keep doing something well. If you have a comment or question, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

EU CUSTOMERS: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
