Returns & Refunds


Returns and Exchanges are available on domestic orders only and must be
in original packaging and condition. To receive a Refund or Exchange, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We must receive your return/exchange within 4 weeks of delivery date. We cannot accept Returns or Exchanges outside of this time frame. A refund or exchange will be processed once the item/s are returned in original condition. Returns will be credited minus shipping and packaging fees. Exchanges will receive a store credit code to make a new purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping. No shipping costs will be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Any packages sent back through "refusing delivery" or "return to sender" will be sent at customer's risk and be processed with an additional charge. Refunds and cancellations will be credited minus shipping and packaging fees and a 5% restocking fee. Swim may be returned only if the hygienic sticker is still in place and it has not been worn or tried on. There is a 10% restocking fee for swim to make sure it is safe to offer again to a  new customer. 

Any order may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing your order. After this period, orders have been processed and can not be modified or changed. Due to time sensitive nature of these requests we recommend that you directly contact us at within this window.
