PRODUCT CARE AND DETAIL

Most product listings have specific care instructions on our website.  For t-shirts, we recommend washing on cold and drying on low.  If you cannot find instructions, we recommend that all washable items be hand washed cold or on a delicate cycle if possible and line dried, especially for more delicate fabrics.

Sizing on items runs standard unless mentioned in description.

I am unsure of what size to order.

On every listing there is a size chart specific to each item that should give you basic guidelines of what the right size is for you! Please email us if you have any further questions.

  

I am in love with several of your pieces but they are all sold out. How do I go about purchasing the dress I want?

We have limited quantity releases every couple weeks that are available until items sell out. You can get updates and details of future releases on our website or by subscribing to our newsletter.

 

I just made an order and did not receive a confirmation email with my tracking number.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. Please be sure to check all of your email folders, otherwise there might have been an error when entering your email address at checkout. Please email us directly at hello@saintida.com and we can look up your order number and send you tracking information.

 

USPS says my package has been delivered, but it’s not in my mailbox. What should I do?

We recommend checking with your neighbors as well as calling your local postal office with the tracking number on hand. If you've done those things, please email us at hello@saintida.com as soon as possible and we will do our very best to help! 

 

My order was incorrect and/or damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

Email us at hello@saintida.com right away and we will absolutely make it right! Please see our policy for the details on returns/exchanges as well as timeframes for both.
